This tester was manufactured by Hickok for Western Electric. It is essentially the same as a Hickok 539C tester but with some differences. It has a filtered power supply for the Bias circuit, some additional AC signal voltage ranges, test data for Western Electric type tubes, and an additional socket specifically for Western 418, 429, 437 type tubes.
